Either he is a mighty sorceror or, more likely, he probably will turn out to be a strange outcast living out the rest of his days doing the very things you would expect from an excentric lunatic. He tells you that there is a secret hidden in the library of Goblin's Pike. Wether that is true or wether he only said that to get rid of your unexpected presence shall remain to be discovered during the course of the future chapters.
